Since I did my Master's Degree at Esade in 2008, I have worked with companies in the technology and health sector, advising them on legal compliance in my area of expertise.

    I am an Ethics Advisor for several European projects and a Data Protection Delegate for several companies, with extensive experience in the field of privacy, data protection, advice on projects related to Big Data, Crowdfunding, the Share Economy or collaborative economy, the world of video games, mobile applications and ecommerce platforms, and software development. Also the protection of assets from the point of view of intellectual property for the digital world.

    I have given training for schools such as ENTI (Escuela de Nuevas Tecnologías Interactivos [School of New Interactive Technologies]), attached to the UB [University of Barcelona], and for the Master's Degree in Information Society of the Illustrious Bar Association of Barcelona [ICAB], as well as talks and presentations on my area of expertise.

    I am a member of the Intellectual Property and Image Rights Section of the ICAB.

    I have been leading Avatic Abogados since 2013, a boutique law firm specialising in technology and intellectual property in the digital or online world, providing advice and support to clients from the start of their technological projects (entrepreneurs, start-ups) and to traditional companies that need to cover or protect the more technological and digital areas (data protection, the terms and conditions of their websites, applications or ecommerce).
